The core is one of the most neglected parts of most peoples training programmes.

Core stability training is done with apparatus that has an unstable surface, (swiss ball, stability discs and Bosu ball).

This type of training will improve and enhance your stability and balance, it will help you to become stronger, more flexible and give increased agility.

Core stability training will help you to prevent the injuries that stop you from pursuing your sporting pastimes.
